mkgluetrap.info respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other countries.
1. Filing a copyright infringement notice
If you believe that material on www.mkgluetrap.info infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to pankhemtheavy@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our website where the material appears.
- Your contact information: address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
We will review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material, usually within 2–5 business days.
2. Counter-notice
If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to pankhemtheavy@gmail.com including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
3. Repeat infringers
We may remove content from, and block access for, users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
4. False claims
Please note that knowingly making false or misleading claims of infringement may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
